Welcome

J.P. (Pat) Brandenburg - President of the RMHA (2006-present) writes:

"The Rocky Mountain Horse Association is dedicated to having the Rocky Mountain Horse recognized all over the world as the 'diamond' of the gaited horses. The purpose of our organization is to aid and encourage the preservation, promotion, breeding, and development of the Rocky Mountain Horse. The RMHA wants this breed to be as magnificent in Europe and the UK as it is in the USA.
I have found that Paul Robard and Caroline Green of Green Stud Farm share our dedication and purpose. They are dedicated to the purity and preservation of the original Rocky Mountain Horse. I have personally come to know Paul and Caroline as wonderful ambassadors for our Rocky Mountain Horse and for the Rocky Mountain Horse Association. As such I have appointed them to serve on the RMHA International Liaison Committee. They have a direct line to me and to the Association."

Gary Gwisdalla - Former President of the RMHA (2004 - 2006) writes:

"My Congratulations to Paul & Caroline at Green Stud Farm in the UK. They did not just fall in love with a pretty chocolate horse with a flaxen mane and tail. They took it many steps further by doing their homework/research to see what it takes to produce a Rocky Mountain Horse that is known for it's unique conformation, gentle temperament, smooth, natural even four beat gait and many colors besides the signature chocolate. They spared no expense to collect not only the finest stallions but also mares equal in quality to their stallions to insure that "all" the characteristics that make up the Rocky Mountain Horse are consistently produced at their farm in England.
They have also made many trips to the US to work with a certified John/Josh Lyons Natural Horsemanship Trainer and are well on their way to both becoming certified trainers. Natural Horsemanship Training to compliment a Naturally Gaited Breed. To make a long story short, with Paul and Caroline it's quality not quantity. Good Luck with your endeavours with our wonderful horse in the UK."
